Business Performance Manager (m/w/d)

to support our team´s strategic agenda.

This position could be based in any of our locations in Germany.

The Role:

We expect you to be a key part of our European Specialties Leadership-Team. You will accountable for coordinating projects related to profit improvement, performance monitoring and portfolio optimization, directly supporting our Vice President Specialties and the commercial and technical leaders. You will be a collaborative team member and will work as a resource to the team. We see this position, as one of our key development positions, with the opportunity to gain the commercial leadership skills vital to earn more responsibility in the future, for example as value stream segment leader.

Your background and personal skills:

• University Degree in International Business or comparable
• At least 3-5 years Commercial Background preferred in a diverse business serving multiple customers and markets
• Proficient German and English language skills (written and spoken) are required. Italian language skills would be a plus.
• Ability to work in a broad scope environment and to motivate change
• Self-motivation and an ability to take broad direction and develop concrete actions
• Eye For Business and a result orientated focus paired with project management skills
